- Provide 4 dory fish fillets
- Prepare 1 onion chopped
- Get 3 garlic cloves
- Take 1 table spoon seedless tamarind paste(asam Jawa)
- Prepare 2 indonesian salam leaves(bay leave)
- Prepare 2 lime leave
- You need 2 lemon grass
- Use Half teaspoon turmeric powder
- Use 1 teaspoon corriander powder
- Take 3 cm fresh ginger
- Get 1 red chili
- Provide Canola oil
- Prepare Salt

- Heat some oil in the pan. Saute onion until translucent. Grind ginger, garlic and chili. Add grinded ginger garlic and chili to sauted onions along with leaves and bruised lemon grass. Saute few more seconds. Add turmeric and corriander powder. Saute few more seconds.
