- Get 1 kg Chicken
- Prepare 3 onions medium size (sliced and fried)
- Provide 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- Get 1 cup Homemade tomato puree
- Get 1/2 cup beaten curd
- Get 1/4 tsp haldi( Turmeric) powder
- Use to taste salt
- Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- You need 2 tsp Dhania/Coriander Powder
- You need 2 tsp Finely chopped coriander leaves

- Use 1 tsp cumin seeds
- You need 4 tsp Oil
Steps to make Chicken curry:
- In a pan add mixed oil let heat ard cumin seeds,when it released the aroma add the ginger garlic paste.
- Cook fr 2-3 min on medium heat,now add all the powdered masala except salt mix well,add the tomato purée and cook for 2-3 min.
- Add chicken and cook till all the water dried up.Now add the beaten curd and cook by stirring on a regular interval.Add the fried onion and salt.
- The moment we add the salt the chicken will ooze out the oil,cook fr 5 min add chopped coriander mix,add 1/2 or as much curry one requires water (preferably lukewarm)and cook on slow flame fr 5-8 min.Serve
