- Prepare 1/2 kg fresh rajma beans
- Use 2 medium sized onions finely chopped
- Prepare 4 tomatoes finely chopped or pureed
- Prepare 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Use 1 tbsp coriander powder
- Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
- You need 1 tsp cumin powder
- Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Instructions to make Fresh Rajma curry:
- Wash and pressure cook for two whistles 1 st on high flame and then on slow flame.
- Heat oil in a kadhai or pan. Add the chopped onions & fry till golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste fry for a few mins. Add the spices coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder if dry add little water and fry the masala well
- When the masala is cooked add the tomatoes cook till tomatoes are mashed and mixed with the masala. Add salt.
- Add the cooked rajma in the masala fry for a min. Add water as much as you need for the gravy. Then add kitchen king masala. If you want thick gravy add little water.
- Simmer for few mins on low flame. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
