- Prepare Chicken
- Get Tomatoes (blended)

Steps to make Chicken stew:
- Cut and wash chicken properly. Add some salt and seasoning cubes, add chopped onions, add curry and thyme, add blended garlic and ginger, add blended pepper. Mix together using a wooden stick, Allow to steam a little, then add the required quantity of water, cover and allow to boil until chicken is well cooked.

When the tomatoes is fried, add some salt and seasoning cubes to taste (do not add much because the chicken stock has some salt in it), add curry powder and thyme, stir… Pour in the chicken stock and add the boiled chicken (I didn't fry the chicken) stir again to fully combine all the ingredients together. Cover and allow to boil for few minutes. Turn off heat.
