- Provide 2 cups rice flour
- Take 1 cup warm water

- Use 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Use 1/2 tsp chilli powder

- Take rice flour and steam it in a steamer for 10-15 mins. After steaming cool down the flour. Now take rice flour in the bowl, add salt water and gradually add warm water. Make sure you mix the flour well and rest for 10 mins.
- Now take hand idiyappam press and fill the dough. Make shape of idiyappam according your choice and steam it for 10 mins.
- For Moore vathal curry. Take buttermilk, add turmeric, add chilli powder, grind green chillies, onion, tomatoes and add the mixture to buttermilk. Add required salt as well.
