- cook ground beef, drain, and put through food processor
- cut tops off green pepper, rinse and set aside.

- mix one can tomato soup with 1/3 cup of water and pour half of the mixture into a baking dish, covering the bottom.

- cover dish with foil and bake on middle shelf for 45 minutes or until peppers are soft and tender.
