- Use 3 tablespoon Oil
- Get 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds (Rai)

- Prepare 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds (Til)

Steps to make Baked Handvo:
- Wash and soak the rice and dals together for 4 to 5 hours. Drain and keep aside. Grind to a paste well.Allow to ferment overnight or at least 6-8 hrs.
- Add grated vegetables, turmeric powder and salt to the fluffed mixture and mix well. Taste and check seasonings. Also, mix eno/baking powder at this time and mix well
- Pour the prepared batter into baking tray.
- To prepare tempering, heat oil in a small pan. Splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds and sesame seeds. Turn off flame. Pour tadka of batter
- Preheat the oven at 200 degree C and bake at 180 degree centigrade for 30-45 min. Test if handvo is ready.When done serve hot or cold. It taste great anytime.
