- Add Masala daal paste to it. Saute it for 5-6 minutes. Add grounded wheat. Add water and keep on stirring.
- Add birista. Keep on stirring. Cook on low flame. Add remaining ghee. Add salt. Stir continuously. Fry onion in oil.
- Serve hot haleem topped with fried onions and chopped dry fruits.
