- Take 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

- Take a kadhai and boil water salt in it and add salt and cauliflower and boil it for 2 to 3 mins and remove it.
- Now in one bowl add cauliflower, garam masala, salt, corn starch, and mix them all well together.
- Now in another bowl, add chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves,corn starch, all-purpose flour, ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder,salt and mix them all together and add little water in it and make a batter of it.
- Now add the above batter in cauliflower and mix it well.
- Now in kadhai add oil for deep frying,let the oil get medium hot and fry the cauliflower batter on medium low flame then again on high flame fry it again.
