- In a mixer jar grind all together -onion garlic ginger chilli and tomatoes.
- In a kadai dry roast jeera, laving, dalchini and tej patta.
- Put onion tomato paste. Cook till water evaporates.
- Add kaju/melon paste. Cook for a min.
- Add all dry spices. Mix well.
- Add water to make thick gravy. Let it cook for 5 mins.
- Add koftas. Cover and cook for 5 mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
