  2. Get Besan
  3. Prepare coriander leaves

  2. Take a bowl add besan, salt, baking soda and some water 1/2 cup and grind chutney and mix well and keep aside for 1 hour and deep fry the phulkiyan with the help of the spoon. After all the phulkiyan are fried soak them in the water. After some time take it out and press the excess water out.
  3. Take curd bowl add the ground chutney and salt and beat well then add some water and add the phulkiyan.
  4. Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil add cumin seeds, curry leaves, mustard seeds, green chilli, stir fry and add on the curd phulkiyan, now it's ready to serve.
