  1. Mash the gulab jamun and add grated cabbage,carrot,capsicum and peas and mix well.
  2. Add corn flour and salt and make a smooth dough.

  4. Roll each balls between your palms.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the gulab jamun kofta in a medium flame.
