- Take a pan put in oil, cumin seeds, onion and saute it till golden brown add tomatoes add cashews 5-6 fry it and keep it aside for make it cool.
- Take another pan add ghee in it add cashews fry it till brown and take it out.
- Take a pan add oil add bay leaf, cinemom stick, ginger garlic paste and paste of onion tomatoes which kept aside. Add cashews, all the spices, salt as well saute it neatly add kasuri methi when oil comes out add water and garam masala.
- Let it cook for 5mins. Then add cream and garnish it with coriander leaves.
