- Take large bowl add rice, curd, green chilli, coriander leaves,ginger and salt mix together.
- Heat a pan with oil add mustard seeds. When it start. Crackling, add Chanadal, urad dal and saute well. Now add curry leaves, red chilli and Hing. Now pour tempering on the curd rice boil mix well. Serve it cool.
