- এর পর সেই তেল এ তেজপাতা, গোটা গরম মসলা, র পেঁয়াজ কুচি, অল্প পেঁয়াজ বাটা দিয়ে অল্প আঁচে ভালো কোরে নারতে হইবে. তার পর ধীরে ধীরে এক এক কোরে টমেটো puree, অদা বাটা, হলুদ গুঁড়ো, জিরে গুঁড়ো, নুন, চিনি দিয়ে ভালো কোরে মিশিয়ে তেল বার হওয়া অব্দি কষাতে হবে.
- মসলা ভালো কোরে কোষ হয়ে গেলে তাতে ফেটানো টক দই দিয়ে ভালো কোরে নাড়িয়ে অল্প জল দিয়ে আস্তে আঁচে ফুটতে দিতে হবে 5 min এর জন্য
- এর পর মাছঃ গুলো অ্যাড কোরে তাতে ঢাকা চাপা দিয়ে আরো 10 min ফোটাতে হবে
- ঝোল মোটামুটি হয়ে গেলে তাতে নুন হলুদ এর স্বাদ টা চেক কোরে নেবেন. র অল্প শাহী গরম মসলা ছড়িয়ে গরম গরম পরিবেশন করলে দুপুরের আহার টা জাস্ট জমে যাবে 😋
