- Heat pan add oil bring it to a heat. Add ground nuts, Chanadal, jeera, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Stir for a minute
- Now add all the chopped vegetables. Add required salt and a pinch of turmeric. Now add 1 spoon of garlic ginger paste.sort it for 3 minutes.
- Add mentioned amount of water and bring it to a boil..Now taste the salt in the water…should be a bit high as we will add sevayya…
- Now add semolina and sevayya….mix it well….and leave it….let it cook….Please make in a spacious pan….
