- You need 4 medium pieces of salmon
- Take 2 bunch asparagus
- Prepare 3 tbsp olive oil
- Prepare 1 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- You need 1 tsp black pepper
- Provide 1/2 tsp tarragon (optional)
- Prepare 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Prepare 1 clove garlic (minced or chopped twice)
- Prepare 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- You need 1 tbsp sweet & spicy honey mustard (judge amount by taste)

- preheat oven to 400°F
- mix 1 Tbs oil, 3/4 tsp salt, & 1/2 tsp pepper in large bowl

- combine maple syrup, garlic, lemon juice, and mustard in a small bowl
- remove baking sheet from the oven and generously brush the maple syrup mixture on the salmon
