The ingredients needed to cook Bolognese Sauce:
- You need 400 kg mince meat
- You need 1 chopped onion and 1 finely chopped garlic clove

- Put oil (enough to cover the bottom) into a pan and place on medium heat then add the onion let them go soft after add the garlic let cook for a few minutes
- After a few minutes put in the mince meat add salt n pepper to taste cook until all browned,then add the cup of red wine put the lid on and let cook until wine has reduced.
- Once wine has reduced put in the tomatoes,ketchup and WoreChester sauce add more salt if needed stir well,turn down the heat to low put the lid back on and cook for at least an hour - stiring when needed add hot water if it gets too dry.
