- Take Gramflour

- Take hand full Green peas
- Provide Asafoetida
- Get Ginger(grated)

- Heat oil into pan, saute spring onions abd green peas and spring onion saute it for 3-4min on medium flame.
- Take it out side from pan.now add oil heat it than ginger and asfoetida saute it.than add gram flour fry it.till it's colour is golden.
- Now add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder and fry it.than add beated curd into pan.
- Mix it well and fry now add water and salt into it.
- When it has boil add fried spring onion and green peas.mix it well and cook it for 10-12 min.on medium flame.
- Now for tadka heat oil add mustard seeds dry red chilli.
- When it cracks add curry leaves.than add it into gram flour curry.it's done mix it and off the flame pour it into bowl.
- Garnish it with hungcurd.serve it hot with Rice or Roti.
