- Get 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

- Get 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

Steps to make Chhena aloo tarkari:
- Grind all the ingredients for making the masala.
- Put the milk in a vessel and allow it to boil and when it starts boiling then add the vinegar into it to curdle the milk.
- Strain the chhena from the whey and mix besan, slight salt and chilli powder to make small vada shapes and dip fry them in oil and keep them aside.
- In s kadai put oil in it followed by bay leaf and chopped onion.
- When they become translucent then add the masala paste,dhania powder,turmeric powder,salt in it and cook it for sometime till the masala separates the oil.
- Then add the chopped tomato and cook it for sometime.
- Cut the boil potatoes in cube sizes and add them to the masala paste.
- Cook it for atleast 5 minute in low flame
- Add water into it and allow it to boil for sometime and then add chhena vadas in it and cook for another 2-3 minute.
- Switch off the flame and garnish with some chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with pooris or parathas or roti or rice.
