- Put besan, turmeric powder, powder sugar, lemon juice and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Add water and make a batter.
- Rest batter for 20 minutes.

- Grease oil in a mold pour this batter and steam for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, green chilli and curry leaves when splutters add water take a boil.
- Now add salt, lemon juice,sugar and green coriander, mix well.
- Cut dhokla into pieces, spread khattha mitha pani in dhokla.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
