- Wash and drain all water from poha. Keep side for 15 Minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and fennel seeds.
- Now add green chilli, chopped Ginger, Garlic and curry leaves. Add Onion, sautee it till colour change.
- Now add the poha in the pan along with salt, turmeric powder, jeeravan masala, lemon juice and sugar and mix well.
- Poha cover with lid and on lid add 1cup water. Cook for 2-3 minutes. By this steaming method, Indori poha will be made very soft.
- Garnish the poha with fresh coriander, sev mixture, pomegranate seeds and onion.
- Serve Indori poha hot with tea or Garma garma Jelabi, because Indori poha is incomplete with jelabi.
