- You need 2 tbsp red chilli powder

- Take 1 cup vegetables stock

Steps to make Chapdi tavo:
- First of all boil the socked beans in cooker.
- Also boil the all chopped vegetables.
- After that add 5 tbsp oil in a pan, if oil is heat add star aenish, bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon, red dry chilli, cummin, mustard, curry leaves, black pepper then add pinc of asafoetida, green chopped onion, gingar garlic and green chilli paste, chopped tomato and mix well.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes and then add boiled beans and boiled vegetables and mix well.
- Then add turmeric, salt to taste, red chilli powder, 1 cup vegetables stock, lemon juice, garam masala and mix well.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes in low flam.
- Take a serving plate garnish with coriander and serve with chapdi and salad.
