- Take apan heat 1 tb spoon ghee
- Keep one layer of rice
- On the rice you spread curd mixture
- Add few drops of red orange colour
- Add 1 tsp of oil
- Cover with another layer of rice

- At last cover with the rice
- Keep it slow flame til 7 to 8 min.

- You serve with coconut chutney, raiyta or curd.
