- You need 250-300 grams Red poha
- Take 2 small onions, finely chopped
- Prepare 4-5 green chillies, chopped (adjust to taste)
- You need 1 inch piece ginger finely chopped
- Provide 1 sprig Curry leaves
- Use 1 tsp mustard seeds
- Prepare 1 tsp split urad dal
- You need 1 tsp Chana dal

- Firstly keep the ingredients ready.
- Heat the Kadhai put oil and when hot add mustard seeds, split urad dal and chana dal. Saute for a minute.
- After it splutters add the chopped onion, green chilli, ginger and curry leaves. Sauté for a few minutes.
