The ingredients needed to prepare Indori Poha:
- Get 100 gms poha wash and soak for 15 min
- You need 1/2 cup peanut
- Get 1 tbsp raisins
- You need 1 medium onion chopped
- Provide 1 potato chopped

- Take a pan heat it now add peanuts dry roast for 2 mins keep aside.
- In same pan add some oil now add karo leave and rai for 30sec now add all chopped vegetables in to it saute for 4-5 mins in medium flame.
- Now add dry ingredients,like haldi, mirchi, garam masala, salt and sugar,mix well
- Now add poha, peanut kismis mix all together, and cover it for 5 min in low flame
