  1. Get 100 gms poha wash and soak for 15 min
  2. You need 1/2 cup peanut
  3. Get 1 tbsp raisins
  4. You need 1 medium onion chopped

  1. Take a pan heat it now add peanuts dry roast for 2 mins keep aside.
  2. In same pan add some oil now add karo leave and rai for 30sec now add all chopped vegetables in to it saute for 4-5 mins in medium flame.
  3. Now add dry ingredients,like haldi, mirchi, garam masala, salt and sugar,mix well
  4. Now add poha, peanut kismis mix all together, and cover it for 5 min in low flame
  5. Our poha is ready to eat now serve it sprinkle some namkin on the top and garnish with some chopped onion
