- Prepare FOR BATTER
- You need rice
- Use urad dal
- You need brown rice (prebolied)

- First wash and soak rice and pulses separetly at least for 6-7 hr
- After soaking grind it. And mix it up with fengureek paste and salt.then cover it and keep a side in warm place for at least 6-7 hr or till fermenting batter.
- Meanwhile in a pan add oil or butter them add red chilli,Rai,Curry leaves, urad and chana dal then add chopped onion and green chillies saute for 2 min.then add peel and roughly mashed potatoes and all spices. Cook for 3-4min. Filling is ready.
- Put non-stick pan grease oil then spread water and clean with cotton now spread spoon full batter.
- When it turns light brown then grease oil over on it.and place filling.roll it.
- Your crispy masala dosa is ready for breakfast serve it with chutney and sambhar.
