- Take 200 gm poha(soaked in water)
- Use 2 boiled potatoes
- Prepare 1 finely chopped Onion
- Take 1 tsp mustard seeds

- Add boiled potatoes. Now add salt, turmeric powder and sugar. Mix them well.
