- Get 1 onion chopped

- You need 10-12 curry leaves
- Prepare as per taste Salt
- You need 1/4 spoon turmeric powder

- Use 2 spoons chopped coriander leaves
- You need 1/2 cup Bhujiya sev
- Use 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
Steps to make Indori poha:
- Wash and soak the flattened rice for 1-2 minutes then drained it.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the peanuts than take out from oil.
- In remaining oil put mustard seeds, funnel seeds, chopped green chilli and curry leaves fry them for few seconds then add chopped onion.
- Fry them till light golden colour then add salt, turmeric and jeeravan powder.
- Now add soaked poha and mix well.
- Add sugar, lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well saute for 1-2 minutes then switch off the flame.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, bhujiya several and pomegranate seeds.
