  1. Take a kadai add besan,add curd add water and mix well.keep on stirring and a smooth batter.
  2. Add salt,hing and haldipwoder.mix well.
  3. Take a pan add besan mixture, stirring continuously,till it becomes a smooth thick batter.
  4. Quickly spread portions of the mixture over the oiled thali.
  5. Cut into two inches wide and roll them tightly.
  6. Heat 2- tbsp oil and add hing,and mustard seeds,add curry leaves, saseme seeds,.they crackle pour over the pieces.
  7. Serve immediately garnished with coconut, coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds,
