- Use 250 gram sabudana
- Get as needed Water for soaking

- Get 2 tablespoon oil
- Get 8-10 curry leaves

- Prepare 1-2 finely chopped green chilies
- Get 2 potatoes finely chopped

Instructions to make Sabudana khichdi:
- Firstly soak sabudana for around one and half hours to two hours.
- Now, take a pan, heat oil, add peanuts, saute it until brown in colour and keep aside. Now as oil in the pan is hot add cumin seeds (If needed add oil) Once it splutter add green chilies, potatoes. Stir fry on medium to high heat. Cover the pan and let potatoes cook well. In between check and stir.
- By that time drain soaked sabudana. Add red chilli powder, sugar, lemon juice, salt and mix well
- Once the potatoes are cooked transfer sabudana into it and mix nicely. Also add peanuts and mix. Cover the pan and let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Once done adjust salt. Garnish with pomegranates arils and serve hot
