- Take 50 grms Roasted Peanuts
- You need 100 grms Roasted chana dal(putane ke dal)
- You need 50 grms Sesame seeds
- Get 2 Cloves
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
- Take 3-4 Black pepper
- You need 1" Cinnamon stick
- Prepare 4-5 Star anise
- Prepare 3 Red chillies dry
- Provide 1/2 tsp Dry ginger
Instructions to make Kaari Chawal:
- First make the Kaari masala.
- Dry roast all the whole spices. Roast the peanuts, sesame seeds and chana dal too
- In a mixer all all the Curry masala ingridents and grind to a fine powder
- Take the mutton pcs add the ginger garlic paste salt and pepper, onion and tomatoes and other dry spices and boil the mutton till 6 vessels
- Take oil in a big pot and add the zeera
- Add the red chilli powder
- Add 250 grms of the Curry masala prepared
- Fry the masala till it turns golden and nice aromas spreads
- In the masala add the mutton stock along with the pcs
- Add 2 tbsp tamarind paste
- Add coconut milk
- Let the curry simmer for 30 to 45 mins
