- Use 1 cup Arhar dal - soaked
- Take 1 cup Mix veg (onions tomatoes drumstick lauki potato)

- In a pressure cooker put dal and all vegetables and adrak green chilli.
- Add all dry spices. Mix well. Pressure cook it for 3- 4 whistles.
- Prepare tadka. Heat oil put rai jeera hing and curry leaves. When splutter pour in sambhar. Lastly add tamarind water and stir well. Sambhar is ready.

- Now in a bowl take this sambhar and add. Cooked rice and mix well.
