- Provide 2 cup Sooji / semolina
- You need 1 cup Curd
- Provide 1 tbsp Eno fruit salt
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

- Prepare 1 tbsp Finely chopped carrot

- Prepare 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- Use 1/4 tsp Black mustard seeds
- Provide 8 - 10 Curry leaves
- Get 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds

- You need 2 tbsp Oil
Steps to make Handvo:
- In a bowl mix together semolina / suji,curd,turmeric powder,chat masala,garam masala powder,salt,green chilli, coriander leaves and all veggies with enough water for a thick consistency and leave it aside for half an hour.
- Add eno fruit salt just before making handvo and mix well.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan.
- Add black mustard seeds and cumin seeds to crackle and add curry leaves
- Pour the semolina / suji batter and let it cook on the low flame and covered
- Cook for 10 mins then flip over till golden brown and crispy.
- Cook again for 10 mins till brown and crispy.
- Serve hot.
