- Provide few whole pepper, 2 cloves & 2 cardamon pods

- Provide 1 tsp cumin powder

- Heat oil fry the whole spices - pepper, cloves and cardamon pods.
- Add onions, fry till golden brown.
- Add ginger, garlic paste then cubed potatoes and capscium.
- Add tomato paste, curry powder, coriander and cumin powders till slightly cooked then
- Add the mince meat fry it for 2-3 minutes till color slightly changes
- Add blended tomatoes, cover and simmer till they are cooked and almost dry and signs of oil separating are visible on the sides, oil rises up.
