- Provide 1 Turai
- Take 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- Use 2 garlic cloves
- Prepare 1/2 inch ginger
- Get 4-5 chillies
- You need 1 tbspn dhanya jeera powder
- Prepare 2 tbspn groundnut powder
- Take 1/2 tsp sugar
- Provide 1/4 tsp chaat masala
- Get 1/4 tsp sendha namak
- Take 1/2 tsp lime juice
- Use as per taste Salt
- Get For tadka-
- Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Use 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- Take 5-6 curry leaves
- Take 1/4 tsp hing

Steps to make Turai ki chutney:
- Wash the turai and cut the edges.
- Chop roughly.
- In kadai take 1/2 tbspn oil and saute the turai till golden brown.And let it cool.
- In a grinder add coriander leaves, garlic, ginger, chillies, sugar, salt, senda namak, chaat masala and grind it.
- Add turai to this mixture, groundnut powder and dhanya jeera powder and grind it again.
- Remove it In bowl and keep aside.
- In a small pan. Now let's make tadka. On high flame Add oil, hung, mustard seed, cumin seed, and curry leaves.. let all this pop up in pan. Switch off the gas.
