- Provide 2 kg mutton leg, cut into 1inch cubes
- Prepare 4 clove
- Take 4 pepper corns
- You need 1 inch cinnamon stick
- You need 1 1/2 tsp salt (accordingly)
- Use 1 1/2 cup warm water
- Get 2 large onion, chopped
- Get 4 large tomatoes (chopped up)
- Use 1 tsp cummin seeds
- Provide 6 tbsp sunflower oil
- Take 2 clove minced garlic
- Use 3 tbsp mince ginger
- Prepare 4 chopped green chillies
- Get 1 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Provide 1 hot water as needed
- You need 1 1/2 tsp curry powder

- Pressurize the mutton in 1.5 glasses of water and salt for 15minutes
- Strain the water from the mutton and keep aside. Put oil in a pot, add cinnamon, cumin, pepper corns and cloves then add onions and brown them (not golden, but dark brown.. Try not to burn) add garlic and ginger
- Add the tomatoes, salt, green chillies and curry powder and cook until it looks like a paste. Add the mutton and the water. Add 1.5 glasses hot water and cover.. Allow to simmer for 15minutes then add garam masala
