- Dry roast the whole spices add cashew and almonds. Cool n grind to a powder. Heat a wok with oil add Onions. Green Chillies. Fry until brown. Add Ginger Garlic paste and saute again.
- Add all the spice powders and chopped tomatoes. Mix well until raw smell goes and oil separate. Add Marinated Chicken pieces. Mix well and fry for 10 -15 minutes
- Add the powdered masala and crushed black pepper and mix well.
