- Add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds. Add onion paste saute it for few minutes. Add gingar garlic paste fry for 3 minutes.
- Than add tomatoes puree 3 minutes Cook. Till the oil separates from the surface. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Coriander powder and salt mix well cook for 3 minutes.
- Add water As needed after boiling water add fish and cook for few minutes. Till it becomes gravy. Decorate for garnish for Coriander leaves. Ready to serve with rice and roti.
