- Take 1 medium onion chopped
- Get 4 red chilies chopped
- You need 2 tblsp massaman curry paste
- Prepare 1 cup pineapple juice
- Use 1 1/2 cup fish stock/ prawn heads
- Get 2 cups green beans halved
- Provide 1 red pepper chunky chopped

- Add red pepper, green beans, baby corn and stir. Remove prawn heads. Add pineapple and simmer for 5 minutes. Add prawns and cover. Cook for 90 seconds.
