- You need Onion 2 large (grind)
- Get Green chilli 10 (grind)

- Prepare Red chilli powder 1-tsp

- You need potatoes 9 small (peel and cut in half)
- Provide ginger & garlic paste 2-tbs
- Use red chilli powder 1-1/2-tsp
- Get salt 2-tsp
- You need turmeric 1-tsp
- Provide cumin powder 1-1/2-tsp
- Use coriander powder 1-1/2-tsp
- Get oil
- Get cumin seeds 1-tsp
- Provide black cardamom
- Take cinnamon stick 3 small pieces
- Prepare fresh coriander
- You need green chilli
- Provide garam masala powder 1 tbs (levelled)
Steps to make Kofte Aaloo:
- In a bowl add mince, salt, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, fresh coriander, onion, green chilli mix well. Now wet your hands is water so the mince dose not stick to your hands and make balls and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pot add onion paste, ginger & garlic paste and fry till golden on high flame. Then add cumin seeds, black cardamom, cinnamon stick and fry for a minute. Add all the powder spices under curry, tomato paste and cook on high flame till the oil comes on the surface.
- Now add the potatoes mix and add water 5 large glass(if u like the curry thick add less water), wait for a boil on high flame. - When boils add the koftas and cook for 15 minutes on high flame. - Garnish it with fresh coriander, green chilli, garam masala powder mix and cook for only 3 minutes more. Serve hot.
