- Firstly add semolina,curd,salt,black pepper and water in a pan and leave it for 10 minutes.
- Now heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.Split cumin and mustard seeds,now add green chilli and curry leaves,then add onion and peas,cook it till onion's colour change in pinkish.
- Now add tomato,carrot,salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste.mix it.Add paneer also. Now keep a lid on the pan,afterthat cook it for 10 minutes on low flame.
- Now remove the lid and add mashed potato in it and mix it very well now add lemon juice and keep it aside for cooling.
- Take a mixer jar,add semolina paste,1/4 cup of water.now grind it and make dosa mixture/paste.add chopped green coriander.
- Now take a non stick pan/ tawa and make all the dosas.
- Now take one dosa and apply tomato sauce in the middle part,put cheese slice on tomato sauce,after that put some veggies mixture on cheese slice after that fold two parallel sides of dosa after that fold two other parallel sides of dosa make all dosa pockets like this one.
- Now heat 1tsp oil in a flat pan/tawa and split Rai after that cook all dosa pockets from back and front side and serve with chutney add tomato sauce.
