- Depending on the size pot of chilli your making makes the amount of water you're going to use I make pretty big pots so id use 2 almost 3 cups of water add water stir and cover.
- Once chilli comes to a boil remove top and add seasonings add according to taste let cook 5 mins more or until slightly reduced and enjoy. (I like to have mine with sour cream in the middle shredded cheese and Ritz or club crackers)
