The ingredients needed to prepare Shawn's Chili:
- Provide 1 lb Stew Beef
- Prepare 1 lb Ground Beef
- Provide 2 each Green Pepper medium
- Prepare 2 each jalepeno
- Use 1 each Yellow Onion

- Prepare 2 can tomato sauce small
- Prepare 1 can tomato paste small

- Put kidney beans in water and set overnight.
- Partial fry off Hamburg and stew meat and drain fat
- Simmer and sweat in pot
