- Take Kasuri Methi Dhaniya +
- You need 3 - 4 tbsps Ghee or Oil -
Instructions to make Cashew Nut Kofta Curry:
- For making Kofta: Mix all the ingradients and make small balls. Fry these in oil at medium temp and keep aside.
- For making Gravy: Boil Tomatoes in water, mix in a blender jar and filter the gravy.
- Soak Cashews and poppy seeds and make a paste.
- Grind onion, Garlic,Chilli,Ginger and make a paste.
- Heat oil in Kadhai.
- Add whole spice like turmeric, red chilli powder, cummin seeds and Dhaniya seeds crushed.
- Add onion garlic paste, add tomato puree followed by cashew nut paste and fry for sometime, till it becomes thick.
- Now add all masalas and mix for more 2-3 minutes.
- Add cream and 1/2 cup water to make the gravy.
- At last add Kasuri Methi and coriander leaves to the mixture and bring it to boil. Remove the gravy from fire.
- In a serving bowl keep all Kofta's, then add gravy, decorate with cream and serve hot
