- Prepare 1 cup low fat milk
- Use 1 cup almond milk
- Get 2 eggs
- Get 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

- Arrange remaining berries (I used fresh raspberries and blackberries) on top.
- Sprinkle silvered almonds over the berries.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes or until the oats have absorbed all the liquid.
- Leave in the oven with the door half open for few minutes.
- Serve immediately while hot. It goes very well with vanilla ice cream on top :) Can be served cold too.
