- Now fry the bay leaves, tomato and onion puree in the pan.add 1 tsp turmeric powder,1 tsp jeera powder and 1 tsp garam masala powder,1 tsp red chilli powder,3 cloves,and 4 cardamom 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and salt for taste fry for 10 min or till it's oil leave. add 3 or 4 cup of water as required and cook for sometime till the gravy become thick. Now add 4 tsp of cream and mix properly.
- Cook for sometime till the cream melt in curry.meanwhile add the kofta ball in the curry and stir with a spoon properly. Now switch off the flame and garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
