- Get 250 gms paneer
- Take 2 onion
- Take 3-4 green chilli
- Prepare 200 gm spinach
- Provide 10-12 cloves Garlic

- Take 1 tsp cumin seed
- Use 1 bay leaves
- Provide 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

- Take 1 tsp besan (chana dal flour)

Instructions to make Palak paneer:
- Wash spinach first then boil 2-3 cup water add spinach boil for 2 min not more than that then wash it with cold water
- Then make spinach puree and cut the paneer as per choice shape
- Heat the grill pan or normal kadai fry the paneer as per your choice
- I had grilled the paneer in grill pan
- Heat the oil in a pan add chopped onion, garlic saute until light brown then remove from the oil take a mixi jaar add fried onion, garlic, then add green chilli and ginger make smooth paste
- Then again heat the same pan add cumin seed after crackle of cumin add bay leaf then add onion garlic ginger chilli paste saute for one min then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala then 1 tsp besan mix it well together saute until masala separate from oil in medium flame
- Then add spinach puree then add salt to taste mix it well together cook for at least 5-6 min in medium flame
- Then add paneer mix it well together saute for one min then turn off the gas
- Palak paneer is ready to eat with rice, puri, naan, chapati etc
- Don't cover with lid the colour goes out of spinach
