- Boil palak and soya for 2 mins and cool it down. Drain the water.again wash with cold water
- In a pan with oil add cumin seeds, sliced onion, tomatoes,kaju and chana dal. Cook for 3 mins. Med flm. cool it down.
- Blend the mixture and palak. Add water if necessary.
- In a pan with 2 tablespoon oil add haldi powder, coriander powder,red chilli powder, cumin powder. Add the paste made in abv step. Cook for 7 min. Add cream.mix well. Add garam masala, salt to taste, panner cubes,mix well. Cover it with a lid for 2 mins. In low flame
