- Take 1 cup Rice
- Provide 1 cup Drumstick leaves
- Prepare 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- Get 1/4 tsp Hing
- Take As needed Salt
- Take 1 tsp ghee

- Get 1 tsp Coconut oil
- Provide 2 Green chilli
- Use 1 string Curry leaves
- Take 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Prepare 1 tsp Mustard seeds
Instructions to make Energy Rice:
- Soak rice for 20 minutes and cook it with some salt and 1 tsp of ghee. Once rice done spread it in wide plate and let it cool. Then only the rice won't stick each other.
- Heat oil in kadai, add mustard seeds. Once mustard seeds crackled add cumin seeds and curry leaves. - - Once done add chopped green chillies. Saute a bit add turmeric powder and hing.
- Add drumstick leaves and salt. Saute for couple of minutes. Now add cooled rice and stir. Add salt and adjust the level. Be careful while adding the salt as we already added salt in rice. - - Mix and serve hot with some spice fry.
